Quick and easy is the best way to describe this chicken entrée, made with Wildtree’s Thai Red Curry Paste. In less than 20 minutes, this tasty dish can be on your table. And it has exceptional health qualities too.
The dish contains curry based ingredients, such as coriander and cumin which have anticancer and antibacterial properties. Ginger is also present, which is great for digestion and morning sickness along with being a strong antioxidant. Chili peppers in the product help improve circulation, stop bleeding from ulcers, and help the heart, kidneys, lungs, pancreas, spleen and stomach. Chili peppers also ward off colds, sinus infections and sore throats. Studies have shown eating foods rich in antioxidants may reduce the risk of developing dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.
The chicken breasts are sautéed in Wildtree’s grapeseed oil, which is expeller pressed, meaning the oil is squeezed from the seed. The grapeseed oil you normally find in stores contains traces of hexane and/or benzene, which are mostly used in petroleum products. These chemicals are added to the oil, then heated to try and evaporate the chemicals.
All the Wildtree products have no preservatives, MSG or food dyes. They do not include any genetically modified ingredients, or irradiated ingredients. They are all natural, simple to use and taste delicious.
The chicken can be easily substituted with tofu, fish, or shrimp. Read the full recipe here.
