tuscan white beans

One of my favorite dishes is a recipe for Sea Bass that adds a Tuscan flair to it. So, I am partial to this particular meal, which pairs white cannellini beans with this terrific-tasting fish. Beans are a great way to add fiber to your diet, which is so important for digestion. They are also high in protein, complex carbohydrates and iron. The tomatoes in this dish also are a good source of antioxidants, as well as Vitamin C.

Wildtree’s Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil is expeller pressed, which means no chemicals were used. Instead, a mechanical pressing process is used to extract the oil from the grape seeds. This type of oil also has one of the highest flash points, 420 degrees and contains linoleic acid which helps prevent accumulation of saturated fats in the arteries. Utilizing garlic in the oil also adds healthy benefits for the respiratory tract along with fighting microbes, bacteria, fungi, parasites and viruses.

The Tuscany seasoning used in this recipe is high in rosemary which is used in many Mediterranean diets. This herb fights bacteria and act as a decongestant.
